At 1stDOA Apparel, many of our products are custom-made, printed to order, or produced in limited runs. We appreciate your patience as we create and fulfill your order.
Processing Times
In-Stock Items:
- Orders typically process within 3–7 business days.
Made-to-Order & Custom Apparel:
- Orders typically process within 7–14 business days before shipment.
- During high-volume periods such as Greek events, homecoming season, national tours, or special releases, processing times may extend to 2–4 weeks.
Shipping Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard U.S. Shipping: 2–7 business days
- Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or holidays.
Order Tracking
Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.
Event & Pre-Order Collections
Certain collections, including state releases, event merchandise, and pre-order items, may have extended fulfillment timelines. Estimated processing times will be listed on the product page when applicable.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. 1stDOA Apparel is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are outside of our control. However, our team will assist customers in locating delayed shipments whenever possible.
