At 1stDOA Apparel, many of our products are custom-made, printed to order, or produced in limited releases. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
All Sales Final
All purchases made through 1stDOA Apparel are non-refundable and non-returnable. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Please review your order carefully, including product selection, sizing, shipping address, and quantity before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Upon review, we may provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Shipping Delays
Shipping carrier delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Orders returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or refused delivery may be subject to additional shipping fees before reshipment.
